Some of my aquarium mosses don’t seem to be growing?

I have Fissidens zippelianus, Flame moss, Willow moss and Java Moss. Actually the Java moss seems to be growing fine, but the 3 others seem like they haven’t really grown at all. Its been about 3 weeks now. I attached them all to rocks and driftwood in the tank with cotton thread. I also have 2 long uvb strip lights over them 12 hours a day. It is a 55 gallon tank with fishes and turtles, but they haven’t touched or distured any of the plants. The water temperature is also about 76-78 degrees. The bottom of the tank is all river rocks and rock slates. Am I doing anything wrong? Any advice is great thanks!

I don’t see anything wrong with that setup. I think you just need to wait for the moss to get settled in and attached to the rocks before they start growing. Sometimes moss can be stubborn.
