Questions about halo 3 armor; skulls; and being a bungie member.?

I am locating all 13 skulls so i can unlock the habuysa armor or w/e it is called. WHen i find the skulls, what do i do? i doesnt say anything when i do it, and can i just jump the the levels with skulls? do i have to start a new campaign or what? Also, what difficulty level does it have to be on? Second, i want to have the flaming helmet of habuysa, and i heard u must be a bungie member. what does that mean? Thanks.
what is a silver skull?

go to gamefaqs.com for the location of the skulls. once you find the skulls, pick them up as you would a weapon you should get an acheivement (exept for the silver skulls). you have to start at the beginning of the level and the difficulty must be normal or higher. you cannot have the flaming helmet that is exclusive to bungie members only (meaning you would have to be a game designer that works for bungie).
