Helmet Hood Mask
Would Richard Barnbrook want to ban scarfs in winter, and motorbike helmets?
Here is one of his pledges “Ban the veil from public buildings and transport. The Islamic face veil makes recognition impossible and is a threat to our security. We would ban this from all public buildings in London and from London Transport.” So scarfs, hoods, smog masks worn by cyclists, motorbike helmets, balacarvas, little old lady hair nets, etc are acceptable?
And croxx, whether you agree with it or not, unless for health and safety reasons, you would be breaking the law. Same applies if you ask someone not to wear a crucifix around their neck. Don’t get me wrong, I am an atheist, but I don’t see the problem in people wanting to express their religious belief, as long as it doesn’t harm others. Likewise, I like to wear a “hoody”, yet I get banned from various places due to my choice and style of dress. Some policies and people are very narrow minded!
And wedding veils? Would he ban those too?
Seems a bit confusing when the BNP claim to be ‘pro family’….
