Is a Honda Shadow Spirit 750 Worth 4g’s?

I found a 2004 Honda Shadow Spirit 750 with 1000 miles for $4000. It has custom magma red paint with sport red vinyl flames and a matching helmet. I’m buying a bike for my moms and want ta know if its worth it.

For a 2004 that is the high end of the price range. I would try to negotiate. If it’s been taken care of it should be a good bike. I have an ’06
