Use 360 controller on original Xbox?

I love the 360 controller, but the only 2 games I play are NFL 2k5 and MVP 2005. Is it possible with the adapter for original Xbox that turns controler plug to female USB, to conect a wired 360 controller to it succesfully? The cotroller and adapter would be less than $50 vs console plus acesories needed to tansfer roster files now that those 2 are bc finally.

It wouldn’t work the way you asked if it would. You would have to open the controller up and modify it some to get it to work. Its is do ably tho.
