I was fired for poor job performance after the day I filled a report on Harassment can they fire me?
I reported harassment at my job on a fellow employ and earlier that day we are having an argument about my military days and how I was going be gone for a month. The next day I got fired for poor job performance and cant accept constructive criticism
I can’t comment on the harrasement because there isn’t enough info.
But if you can prove that they terminated you because of the NG or Reserve service you can hang ‘em.
