D-Arc Digivice? Or a D-Power? Various Questions?

So, from my understanding, the D-Arc Digivice is the Japanese version of the D-Power. That being said, I have a few questions.

Is it possible to buy either still?
Is the Japanese D-arc useable for a gamer who has no knowledge of the language?
Which is better, overall?

Ebay’s probably your best bet. toysnjoys.com has the Red Version.1,Takato’s color scheme, in stock. The US D-Power is hard to find! Ebay has had a few recently they might still have them along with some of the Bandai-Asia versions. There are 4 versions of the Japanese D-Arc, 3 of the Bandai-Asia D-power and 1 of the American D-power. The Ultimate D-Ark is the last of the Japanese D-ark series and is colored gold with a red strap like Takato’s when Guilmon digivolved to Gallantmon. They’re pretty easy to use. ^^ This site helped alot when I had my Ultimate D-ark: http://lcd.wtw-x.net/DArkIntro I’m getting a Ver. 2 with Ryo’s Color scheme in the mail soon from ebay along with a Bandai-Asia Ver.3 . I guess the better one is a matter of preference. I personally prefer the Japanese D-ark and The Bandai-Asia D-power over the American D-power. On the Japanese D-ark, you get codes , a digi-code symbol with three numbers, from the Japanese Digimon Trading Card Game cards to put in the D-ark and you slash the card after you input the codes and the your digimon gets a boost in attack, defense, etc. You can also have a Digimon battle for you by slashing a Digimon card instead of the modify card ,this is on the Ver.1-Ver.2 D-ark on the Ultimate you add digimon to your database and pick a team of three that you can choose to battle for you. On the Banda-Asia D-power you get in game cards and it’s more like the D-3 Ver.2.
