about the lincoln 185 precision tig welder?

im in a shop class at my school,and i want to learn how to use it,but its not timedand set at the right temperature,and i cant figure it out..i need help

just start practicing, start with you temp and wire speed at the lowest settings and slowly move them until you get them where they work for you
