I’m looking for a scub hat sewing pattern?

not the bouffant style! I’m looking for the pony scrub hat pattern and cannot seem to find it anywhere! please help! Thanks!
I have looked at Jo Ann’s and Online but i cant find the right one. I’m getting so close to taking apart the one i have to get the pattern that way, but that would be last resort…
