need help, got drunk then did a series of lighter smiley burns on arm? ?

I got incredibly drunk the other night, don’t remember much.. But i do remember being with some friends. Then at some piont i found a lighter and remembered this kid from a previous school burnt a smiley on to himself and for some stupid reason i thought this would be interesting to do so i did 4 on my arm and 1 on my hand, i dont think i held the lighter on its flame for too long as they dont look to bad there mainly red and brownish. one is a bit darker than the others and some skin came off leaving a cut, and there was one blister.. its still hurts after 4 days what should i do? i dont realy want to go to the doctors just out of embarssment and im very sure i didnt do it becasue of self abuse/ harm. I didnt plan to do it, i just saw a lighter and said hey i havent done that before, stupid drunken misstake…. so yer how long does the scar take to dissapear anyone??

if it’s been more than 48 hours after the burn, icing it won’t do anything but maybe soothe the pain. it’s too late for the healing part of icing to actually heal anything; so what you should do is go to a drugstore and buy some blister band aids. any type really. change them two to three times a day cleaning the burns and do this for three days until the burn isn’t raw anymore.
once there is a strong scab over the burns you can remove the band aids and buy some scar removing cream. Put this over your burns every day once they have started to scab

your burn should heal healthily and the scar will start to disappear within a month or more depending on the burn degree.

also don’t forget to clean the burn with some disinfectant wipes just in case and be sure to swipe the band aids with some Neosporin before you apply them.
