Sliding Arm Steel

Pokemon Diamond team for the League. HELP me out please.?

This is my pokemon team. They’re all level 57 but some I think need work on the attacks. Also tell me if I need to get new pokemon.

Infernape- Close Combat, Flare Biltz, Flamethower, Brick Break
Skarmory- Steel Wing, Air Slash, Slash, Fly
Dewgong- Blizzard, Aqua Tail, Ice Beam, Surf
Weavile- Slach, Blizzard, Metal Claw, Ice Shard
Cacturne- Solarbeam, Sucker Punch, Payback, Needle Arm
Tyranitar- Crunch, Rock Slide, Thrash, Earthquake

I think infernape should have fire blast instead of one of the others, skarmory should have airial ace instead of another, dewgong is good, weavile is ok, cacturne should have razor leaf if it can, and tyranntar should have fissure as one of his moves. Have a lot of hyper potions and and those things that restore moves. Also have berries that will help it.
