brand new welder. no idea, what welding tool,….read?

ok, i want to convert a bicycle to a motor bike by welding a weed eater motor to it. im going to mount the motor on some sort of frame then weld it on my bike. the mounting materieal does it have to be some sort of metal in particular? where i make the weld on my bike do i have to shave the paint off at the weld spot? safety tips. small project. what sort of welder do i want. prefer smallest. i saw at homedepot a little butane torch. ??? anything important is appreciated.

dude you are out of your leauge. for what it would cost for a welder, go pay someone to do it, its a profesional kind of job.
