Is there a website or fabric store that sells flame resistant flannel for kids PJs?

I don’t want brushed nylon, but I’m unable to find decent pajama fabric anywhere that is suitable for kids.

Fabrics all have to undergo flammability and smolder tests before being allowed on the market. If not the fabrics themselves, then the fibres that make up the fabric, and the dyes, have undergone these rigorous tests. Of course some fabrics are more flame and fire resistant than others, but under regular use none that can be purchased in North America should present themselves as safety hazards.

Knowledgeable sales staff at a fabric store can probably provide you with more detailed information and recommend suitable fabrics to you.

Information on the testing procedures can likely be found through the American Society for Testing and Materials website and even UL’s website can probably provide you with some information.
