Tig Welder Plasma Cutter

What welder should I get?
I have decent welding experience straight out of high school
Looking for something to weld thin metal for body work and frame work though too
I found a Toshiba Mosfet welder that is good for stick TIG and a plasma cutter for $800 and I wondered if something like that would be worth it or if its a POS.
Thanks in advance for your input
Stick with a good MIG welder like Miller or Hobart.
