Welder Case
My Dad had a hip replacement surgery and the doctors made a wrong decision. Do we have a case?
My dad works at a welding factory were there is nothing but hands-on work. He is a set-up welder.
Also, he had a hip replacement surgery last December. The doctors had a decision to make during surgery on whether or not the femur should be straight or curved. My dad needed a curved femur and they put in a straight one.
He is now constantly in pain and needs to take pills for it. The hip replacement was supposed to ease the pain so he could walk better. Nothing seems to be better. Does this sound like a possible lawsuit?
No, but he might have revision surgery in his future.
