What’s the easiest way to legally emigrate from Mexico to Canada? Does it worth it?

I’ve been a welder for more than 10 years but trying to find a job and get the province clearance for me to keep welding there; from down here, have been a trouble. I have the experience, I’m not old with only 29 years, healthy, not that bad English; but unable to find the right way. I don’t want to quit , I want to give Canada a try and not ask myself in 20 years. What if? My last try ended on me needing to get a “statuary declaration” for me to probe my experience, I don’t have an international lawyer to know what that paper is! I don`t even recognize the word coming from a translator! How should I proceed? Besides, Does it worth it?
