Welding Grill

bondo to plastic for truck grill?

i have a grille shell that i would like to customize.. i dont know really how to. but i have been looking online and it seems bondo and plastic welding is the best thing to do. i need to fill 4 holes that only has 3 sides and is about 1 inch by 1 1/2. what would you use to fuze plastic together?

dude your going bondo!?! ok look ive been doing custom stuff for 17 going on 18 years and never use bondo for srap that stuff is crap it sucks up water like you wont belive. the way you might want to go is fiberglass and finish of with a little plastic filler mind you that you got to know what your doing if not just flush your money down the toilet right now. look save your self the head ache and stop by a local body shop and or your local high school auto body shop the instructors sometimes can help you out, its the way i started out was in high school now several full show stoppers and 5 magazine front covers and now #4 full custom rod for my old time pal MIKE DOYLE ( auto body shop teacher)——————-hey mike here comes SEMA.
